Stee Downes – Always On My Mind (Remix)
Eight years after his debut came out, Stee Downes‘ sophomore set, “The Bigger Picture”(SK296CD) is probably his definite personal masterpiece. The eleven-tracks strong album is obviously jam packed with club orientated anthems. One of them, “Always On My Mind” underwent the state of the art polishing by the boys from Saison (f.e. Releases on Papa Records) with their current ubiquitous deep and soulful UK house sound. Be it the vocal or the dub version, it’s first and foremost the irresistible bassline inviting, no forcing one to dance along to. A club hit is born!
