.multibeat Release Their Sonar Kollektiv Debut Album OOO (Out Of Office)

Today, Dutch collective .multibeat unveil OOO (Out Of Office), their third studio album and long-awaited debut on Sonar Kollektiv.

Hailing from the vibrant city of Utrecht, the trio of Boudewijn Pleij (keys), Thijs van Zutphen (bass) and Aron Smit (drums) have steadily carved out a distinctive musical identity, blending jazz, hip-hop, neo-soul and contemporary beat culture into a sound that feels both deeply rooted in live musicianship and effortlessly modern. Influenced by artists such as Robert Glasper, J Dilla and the UK’s flourishing jazz movement, .multibeat have built their reputation through collaboration, curiosity and an unwavering commitment to groove.

That spirit is at the heart of OOO (Out Of Office). Across twelve tracks, the album moves seamlessly between soulful vocal collaborations and adventurous instrumental moments, creating a listening experience that rewards both close attention and repeated plays.
