Micatone – Plastic Bags & Magazines
Plastic Bags and Magazines” is the first single-release taken from Micatone’s second album “Is You Is” (SK004CD/SK004LP). The song comes in 3 different mixes:
1) Tiefschwarz RMX: the german Überflieger of 2002, with releases on the UK Labels Classic and Freaks and the German label Four Music give Micatone a serious techhouse twist with a lovely electro break down. Tiefschwarz (Ali and Basti Schwarz) are some of the most renowned German Deep-House producers and DJ’s. If this mix doesn’t move your floor check your soundsystem.
2) Orginal club-edit: Micatone give their own track the a house-rinse with full vocals.
3) Dark mix: This was Micatone’s first draft of their initial club-edit. This full vocal edit brings in a kind of techno-feeling. How else compliment Lisa Bassenge’s ironic “get out of my life” lyrics.
