Berlin-based collective Jazzanova are proud to announce the release of “No Use”, the first single from their highly anticipated live album: In Between Revisited: Jazzanova Live. This reimagining of their timeless debut album marks a significant milestone in the band’s 20-plus-year journey, and “No Use” is the perfect introduction.

A highlight from the original In Between album, “No Use” remains one of Jazzanova’s most beloved tracks. This live rendition breathes new life into its enduring beauty, with longtime collaborator Clara Hill’s lush and soulful vocals melding seamlessly with the horn section to create an effortless and silky reimagining of this timeless classic.

Recorded in September 2024 at the renowned Little Big Beat Studios in Liechtenstein, this album reimagines In Between, bridging the sample-based ethos of the original with the raw energy and spontaneity of live musicianship. With a stellar lineup of musicians—including Sebastian Borkowski (sax, flute), Stefan Ulrich (trombone, FX), Christoph Adams (keys, vocals), Jan Burkamp (drums), Christoph Bernewitz (guitar), Florian Menzel (trumpet), and Paul Kleber (bass) — the session delivers a vibrant mix of live instrumentation and the band’s signature sound.

“No Use” exemplifies what In Between Revisited is all about: honoring the essence of the original while pushing its boundaries through the energy of live performance.
