Platnum – The EP
Together with Dirk Berger Berlin-based singer Ruth Renner formed Platnum. Platnum prove that Berlin has soul. Hailing from the rocky hills of Romania this young singer has already paid her dues honing her skills as a background singer for different German Soul/RnB and Reggae bands including Cultured Pearls. This EP showcases a full-spektrum soul-sound that moves from uptempo Boogie feeling to Jazz-Ballads. She really knows how to create a special vibe with her voice. The track “Olympic” captures her abilities as an incredible live-performer. Catch her on tour this summer.
Platnums’ debut LP is in the pipeline. This 6-Track Ep is a first taste.
