BROTHER-SISTERS FROM ANOTHER MOTHER-MISTERS - PART 2

The second Part of our new 12" series with which we would like to feature music from friends, soul mates and their respective collectives, brings us tunes from Switzerland.
There, it was the Drumpoets member Tobias Schweizer aka Foster who took heart and licensed two of his tracks to Sonar Kollektiv. "Make it right" is a classic primetime stormer with an old-school Chicago vibe and a strong b-boy house attitude. On this track Foster was supported by his Soultourist partner Ron Shiller.
"Working" is a deep and emotive journey into the deepest shapes of Detroit. The track has a strong arrangement. The intro leaves enough room for the main theme to develop. After variations and a drum break the main theme takes off some elements of the Intro and leads the track to an end. A perfect journey!

The Drumpoets Community out of Zurich is a union of Ron Shiller, Tobi Foster, Alex Gustafson and Alex Dallas. The four gentlemen would like to establish a platform for producers, musicians and organizers which are a part of the open minded music scene in Zurich.

We are glad and proud that Foster and with him the drumpoets decided to go with us for this release. We are looking forward to their future tunes!
