BROTHER-SISTERS FROM ANOTHER MOTHER-MISTERS

This is the title of our new 12 Inch series. Our focus is to feature artists and their respective collectives with whom we are connected. The first release is mainly produced by our neighbouring collective from Jena.

Robag Wrhume's tune "K.T.B." plays the key-role on this twelve. It has already been released on his Longplayer "Wuzzelbud" (Musikkrause CD/LP 1). Deliah's voice gives the track a soulful r&b flavour, creating a contrast towards the roughness of the instrumental. Together with Thomas Sperling, the labelmanager of Musikkrause - a Sublabel of the "Freude am Tanzen" Empire - we decided that this unique track could be a single release together with remixes from both Sonar Kollektiv and Musikkrause. The Jena connection offers a remix by Wighnomy Brothers and a Beatbox Variation by Franzika (Delhia) Grohmann and Michael Friebel. From our camp it is Daniel Paul and Zky who kick the original into a house tune with some acid lines ...

P.S. So if you are wondering what K.T.B. means ... It means kick that shit out of here ... especially the brown stuff.
